Steel Storage Tanks

Carbon Steel Storage Tanks

KBK manufactures carbon steel tanks which are used for storing a variety of products. KBK’s carbon steel tank product offering includes:

KBK’s tanks are used to store oil, water, chemicals, and fuels. Tanks are custom built for your application to meet safety and performance requirements, contributing to the integrity and reliability of your storage facility.

40-Ounce Carbon Steel Tanks
KBK’s 40 oz Engineered Carbon Steel Tanks allow your facility to operate at higher pressure to reduce emissions.

KBK’s steel tank plant has more than 250,000 square feet of manufacturing capacity and is staffed with a skilled team of manufacturing employees.

The plant employes a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), and three AMPP
NACE Certified coating inspectors.

KBK’s factory is outfitted with highly automated welding processes which
allow us to produce large volumes of tanks with high quality welds.

Carbon steel tanks are painted with premium external coatings to keep the
tanks looking great for years. Internal linings are installed to create a
corrosion resistant barrier between the steel and the product. Linings are
resistant to strong solvents, high temperature and abrasive environments.

Each tank is tested and undergoes multiple quality-control checks
throughout the manufacturing process. KBK carbon steel tank
manufacturing is in accordance with industry standards and the American
Petroleum Institute (API).
